About me
I am a psychotherapist specializing in Internal Family Systems (IFS), with extensive experience supporting people to understand and heal their inner world. I also integrate somatic practices, yoga, qigong, and the creative arts to offer an embodied and holistic approach to self-awareness and growth. These practices support healing and transformation—whether in therapy, retreats, or workshops.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a compassionate and integrative approach to psychotherapy that helps people understand and relate to their inner world. It recognises that we are made up of many “parts” and a core Self that holds the capacity for healing and clarity.
Through this work, I help illuminate and ease emotional patterns, supporting greater harmony and integration. The process is collaborative and deeply personal—encouraging insight that leads to genuine, lasting change.

Retreats offer time away from daily life to rest, reflect, and reconnect. I design and lead programs that weave together movement, reflection, and creative process—spaces that support genuine restoration and self-understanding.
I teach across Australia, both independently and in collaboration with other teachers, creating grounded, intentional environments that foster clarity, connection, and balance.

Yoga and Qigong are at the foundation of my work, offering grounded pathways to balance, presence, and embodied awareness. These practices help regulate the nervous system, ease patterns of tension, and integrate insight through mindful movement and breath. With decades of personal practice, I bring depth and integrity to my teaching—offering yoga and Qigong with the steadiness and clarity that come from years of experience and genuine commitment.
